Know Before You Go

Admission

  • Gates Open at 4:00pm on Thursday, and 10:00am on Friday & Saturday
  • Tickets are available for purchase at the Admission Booths at each entrance
  • Printed or mobile ticket must be presented at the gate each day for entry
    • You will receive a daily wristband upon scanning your ticket each day
    • Save your ticket – it will need to be scanned each day (TH/F/S)
  • Tickets required for children ages 3 and up
  • Tickets are non-refundable
  • This is an outdoor all-weather event
  • If you purchased a Reserved Seat or are a Sponsor, you will need to check-in at the Assistance Center to receive additional credentials to access your seating area

Transportation

  • FREE shuttle buses provided at each of our parking lots
  • View parking lot map
  • Shuttle hours:
    • Thursday – 3:30pm-10:30pm (No Blue & Yellow Buses)
    • Friday & Saturday – 9:30am-1:00am
  • If you booked a bus or ride to/from the event, please utilize our Designated Drop-off/Pick-up Point (located at Entrance 1, near the Amphitheater, on Reit Ln.)
    • This includes Campground Shuttles (ie. Champions Resort, Just a Farmer, etc.) and general public rides

Security

  • Bag Policy
    • Approved:
      • Clear, reusable plastic bag, maximum size of 12″x 12″ x 6″
        • Clear Backpacks are approved if within the maximum size dimensions of 12″ x 12″x 6″
      • Clear Plastic Storage Bag One Gallon
      • Small Clutch or Bag, Maximum Size of 4.5″ x 6.5″
        • Does not need to be clear
      • Bag Chairs, but chairs need to be removed from their bags and bags must be empty at security check
      • Wagons, Strollers
    • Non-Approved:
      • Large Purses
      • Backpacks
      • Coolers
      • Camera Bag
    • All bags are subject to inspection prior to entering the event grounds.
    • Medical bags are permitted and subject to a thorough inspection.
    • Diaper bags (with child) are permitted and subject to a thorough inspection.
  • What Not to Bring:
    • No firearms, pocket knives or weapons
    • No pets (except service animals)
    • No bikes, skateboards or inline skates
    • No unauthorized remote-controlled flying devices
    • No carry-in food/drinks
    • No coolers
    • No Large Umbrellas
  • Permitted Items:
    • Lawn Chairs
    • Strollers
    • Empty Water Bottles
  • The Medical tent is located in near Entrance 2. Find it on the map
  • Shirts and shoes are required to be worn at all times.
  • All patrons and possessions are subject to search and will pass through metal detection upon entering the festival grounds.
  • Officials reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person violating any law, rule or policy. Certain items may not be brought on the premises including without limitation: weapons (including, but not limited to, firearms, knives of any kind, explosives), alcohol, contraband, illegal drugs and controlled substances. The following items are also not permitted: carry-in food or beverage, large umbrellas, skateboards, in-line skates, bicycles, balloons, beach balls, Shepard’s hooks, kites or frisbees, drones or remote controlled flying devices.

General Reminders

  • Food & Beverage tickets are available for purchase onsite (cash or credit accepted at ticket booths)
    • All bars and food vendors only accept Food & Beverage tickets
    • If you purchased Food & Beverage tickets online, you will need to pick them up at the Pre-Purchased Ticket Bundles Booth (located next to the Chicken Pit/Assistance Center)
    • Preferred credit card forms of payment are: Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Discover
  • Lawn chairs/blankets are not to be left overnight. Anything left overnight will be disposed.
  • Designated Smoking Areas are located throughout the event grounds, please refer to event map for locations
  • Please be advised that by attending the event you are implicitly agreeing that Ashley for the Arts may use any photos of you for promotional purposes whether taken by our photographers or shared by other patrons. Said photos may be used by Ashley for the Arts on our website, social media, TV spots, or any printed materials.
  • Persons entering the grounds assume all risks incidental to the event. No liability is assumed by owners, managers, officers, agents, employees, promoters, sponsors or any other individuals or entities associated with the event.
  • Ashley for the Arts reserves the right to refuse and/or revoke any ticketed admission without refund, or cancel any purchased ticket order before the event with refund.
  • Ashley for the Arts reserves the right to enact policy changes at any time.
